New to Climbing? Start Here

New to climbing? Don’t worry — we’ll guide you every step of the way.

What is Rope Climbing?

  • Climb higher with the support of a rope and a partner!
  • The rope runs from your harness through an anchor at the top and back down to your belayer, who manages the slack as you climb.

What is Bouldering?

  • Climb shorter walls without ropes or harnesses — just you, the wall, and soft padded flooring below.
  • It’s a great way to build strength, balance, and problem-solving skills.
  • No experience or partner needed — just grab your shoes and start exploring!

What to wear & bring

  • Wear flexible, lightweight clothes that let you move freely.
  • We recommend slim-fit activewear that won’t get in the way.
  • Bring socks — we’ve got the rest!
  • Climbing shoes, chalk bags, and harnesses are included in all classes or available to rent.
