Vinyasa Flow Yoga is an evolving form of traditional Hatha yoga that focuses on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility. Through flowing sequences, students of our Vinyasa Flow classes enjoy a dynamic and energetic atmosphere, allowing them to reach new levels in their yogic practice. Vinyasa classes are best if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic yoga postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat.
This all-levels class combines yoga postures, breathwork, and targeted mobility exercises to help you feel better in your body from the inside out. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll reduce stiffness, build joint strength, and improve your range of motion. It’s perfect for beginners, athletes, and anyone who wants to move with more freedom, feel grounded, and connect deeply with their body.
One of the most crucial components to training for climbing is developing a strong core. This quick but intense weekly class will combine traditional core exercises with movements from yoga and pilates to strengthen your body in a challenging, well-rounded workout. Besides preparing you to send your projects, a strong core can also help to prevent injury and maintain good posture.
This class blends yin and restorative yoga. Designed to facilitate both gentle stretching and deep rest.
This class also uses guided meditations to help you create a mindfulness practice. Meditation helps us to see clearly and invites mindful moments to balance daily life.
Prepare your body and mind for climbing or even the stresses of daily life with a thoughtful fusion of Pilates and Yoga. We will warm up muscles and joints, awaken the core, and align breath and movement, to not only develop strength, flexibility and mobility, but improve focus and balance for the day ahead. With this conscious conditioning, we may enforce good movement patterns, reduce the chance of injury, and find more consistency in our physical activities. A great way to learn the benefits of these two practices in a safe, encouraging environment.
